The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Classes V to X. The primary objective of the programme was to create awareness among students regarding menstrual hygiene, health, and necessary precautions during menstruation. The seminar was conducted by the school’s Science faculty, who provided valuable insights on maintaining hygiene during menstruation, the importance of a balanced diet, regular changing of sanitary pads, and being attentive to health-related concerns.
