Christmas celebration with full of enthusiasm in Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur

 

 


The festival of Christmas coveys the message of love, tolerance and brotherhood and is celebrated on 25th December every year. Following the merry-making of Christmas, a special magic in the air was spread at Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ. With the perspective of inculcating the real meaning of Christmas in the lives of the students, a special assembly was organized on 24 December, 2022 spreading joy and enlightenment for the Vasantarians. The students showcased outstanding performances in presenting carols, speech and singing of Christmas hymns. Respected Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Anitha R. appreciated the efforts of the students, applauded them for their stupendous level of confidence and discussed about the importance of celebrating Christmas. She also emphasized on displaying the virtue of gratitude. We should be grateful to God, our parents, our school and our teachers as all are essential in the making of true humans.

The glorious occasion concluded with the melodious carols and everyone felt the love for Jesus Christ and Santa Claus. The School Chairman, Mr. Sanjay Gupta appreciated the students and blessed all the students and fraternity to have a blissful coming year.

Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur celebrated the Earth Day with students

As a step towards educating, inspiring and motivating children to act, World Earth Day was celebrated on 21st April 2022 by the students of Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur focusing on the theme “Invest in our planet.”   A wide range of activities had been organised for students such as slogan writing competition, thumb painting, balloon painting on Earth Day so that they understand the need to restore Earth’s environment to its former glory. Tiny tots also presented a wonderful skit based on Earth Day and planted small plant saplings in the school campus. The students got inspired to save, love, and respect Mother Nature with all their hearts and soul.
