Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur started the New Academic Session 2023-24 with great enthusiasm

 


Beginning of New Session is always an auspicious time - a time for new hopes and renewed energies. Session 2023- 24 was started with sanctity and enthusiasm in Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur. The day started with a name of almighty god in a morning assembly in which the students and teachers participated whole heartedly.

The School Principal, Mrs. Anitha R. blessed the students for a pure and pristine commencement of the new academic session and induced the team spirit of the school amongst the students and congratulated them on stepping into a new phase in their academic life and wished them a fulfilling and promising stay in the school.

Students were also welcomed by teachers in different ways. For instance, welcome tokens were presented to students, toddlers of kindergarten enjoyed the games and photography session. The excitement of students was also seen on their cheerful faces as they were eager to go to their new classes.

Interactive sessions were also organised for the students of Grade I to X to inculcate the learning spirit within the students so that these sessions will help them throughout their life in one or the other way. 

On a whole, the day ended with full excitement and a fresh bond started developing between students and teachers.

Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur celebrated the Earth Day with students

As a step towards educating, inspiring and motivating children to act, World Earth Day was celebrated on 21st April 2022 by the students of Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur focusing on the theme “Invest in our planet.”   A wide range of activities had been organised for students such as slogan writing competition, thumb painting, balloon painting on Earth Day so that they understand the need to restore Earth’s environment to its former glory. The day began with the distribution of report cards, where students were recognized for their hard work and achievements throughout the year.
