Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur organized a Puppet show to stimulate the children’s imagination and to encourage creativity

 Learning through play is fundamental to child’s  education that help them to develop the necessary skills in life. Keeping this in mind, Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur had organized a Puppet Show on 5th April, 2023 i.e Wednesday in the School Auditorium.

The theme was based on the fact that- “Education is the key to success.” The story was unfolded with the help of various puppet animals. The main objective of this show was to make the students understand about the importance of education in one’s life and how regularity and punctuality leads to successful life. The teachers had put all their efforts to fulfil the child’s expectations.

It was seen that students fully enjoyed the show. Moreover, the School Principal, Mrs. Anitha R. appreciated the efforts of each and everyone who were indulged in this show and she said that the show was super success.

Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur celebrated the Earth Day with students

As a step towards educating, inspiring and motivating children to act, World Earth Day was celebrated on 21st April 2022 by the students of Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur focusing on the theme “Invest in our planet.”   A wide range of activities had been organised for students such as slogan writing competition, thumb painting, balloon painting on Earth Day so that they understand the need to restore Earth’s environment to its former glory. Tiny tots also presented a wonderful skit based on Earth Day and planted small plant saplings in the school campus.
