The shining stars of Vasant Valley Public School brought laurels to the school with their outstanding academic and cultural achievements"

 Agam Mahal of Class V from Vasant Valley Public School clinches top spot in National FAP Indian Folk Solo Dance Competition. The talented Class V student has brought laurels to the school by securing the 1st position in the FAP National Folk Solo Dance Competition, a prestigious event at the National level. Agam's exceptional performance not only earned him the top spot but also the title of the Best Dancer in the cultural program, showcasing his versatility and artistry. His exceptional performance highlights cultural prowess at the National level. Agam Mahal is also recognised as the "Best Dancer" in the cultural program, demonstrating not only technical proficiency but also with an extraordinary stage presence.

 Akshita Mittal of Class XII from Vasant Valley Public School triumphs in Mega Olympiad Combat 2023 at State level. Akshita, a high- achieving twelfth-grader, emerges victorious by claiming the first position in the State level Mega Olympiad Combat 2023. Her outstanding performance showcases academic excellence and competitive prowess. She has achieved a significant milestone by claiming the 1st position in the State level Mega Olympiad Combat 2023. Her success underscores academic excellence and a commendable competitive spirit. Akshita's achievement adds to the school's reputation for fostering both artistic and academic talents among its students.

 

The School Principal Mrs Anitha Rajgopalan expressed  immense pride in the diverse talents exhibited by the students, emphasizing the importance of fostering a well- rounded education that goes beyond textbooks. She added that the school celebrates not just academic prowess but also the vibrant cultural spirit that defines the school community.

Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur celebrated the Earth Day with students

As a step towards educating, inspiring and motivating children to act, World Earth Day was celebrated on 21st April 2022 by the students of Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur focusing on the theme “Invest in our planet.”   A wide range of activities had been organised for students such as slogan writing competition, thumb painting, balloon painting on Earth Day so that they understand the need to restore Earth’s environment to its former glory. Tiny tots also presented a wonderful skit based on Earth Day and planted small plant saplings in the school campus.
