Vasant Valley Public School Celebrates ATL Community Day 2024 on B. R Ambedkar's Birthday

 


In celebration of B R Ambedkar's birthday,Vasant Valley Public School organized the ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Community Day 2024, drawing students from in and around Sangrur to explore science and innovation.

The event, held on April 20th, showcased a variety of innovative projects and experiments designed by the students. From robotics to sustainable energy solutions, the ATL Community Day provided a platform for young minds to showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills.

Students enthusiastically participated in hands-on workshops, interactive sessions, and demonstrations, allowing them to gain practical experience in various scientific concepts.

Chairman of the School,Mr Sanjay Gupta, commended the students for their exemplary participation, encouraging them to continue exploring the realms of innovation and technology.

Speaking at the event, the school principal Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan emphasized the importance of fostering a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among students . She also highlighted the ATL initiative as a catalyst for nurturing a culture of innovation from a young age.

The ATL Community Day 2024 not only encouraged students to explore the fascinating world of science and technology but also fostered collaboration and exchange of ideas among participants.

As the day concluded, students left with a renewed enthusiasm for learning and a deeper understanding of the role of science and innovation in shaping the future. Vasant Valley Public School reaffirmed its commitment to providing quality education and nurturing the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.

Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur celebrated the Earth Day with students

As a step towards educating, inspiring and motivating children to act, World Earth Day was celebrated on 21st April 2022 by the students of Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur focusing on the theme “Invest in our planet.”   A wide range of activities had been organised for students such as slogan writing competition, thumb painting, balloon painting on Earth Day so that they understand the need to restore Earth’s environment to its former glory. Tiny tots also presented a wonderful skit based on Earth Day and planted small plant saplings in the school campus. The students got inspired to save, love, and respect Mother Nature with all their hearts and soul.
