PAPER READING SYMPOSIUM HIGHLIGHTS SOCIO-ECONOMIC DISPARITIES


 Dhuri, August 21, 2024 — The S.S Jain Sabha hosted a thought-provoking Paper Reading Symposium on 21st August, 2024,which  focused on the pressing issue of socio-economic disparities. Held at the Sabha’s community hall, the event attracted notable attention from local educators, students, and community members.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation  from 60 students representing various schools from the locality. The participants showcased exceptional talent and delivery skills, impressing both the saints of the Jain Sabha and the audience. Avneet Kaur a student of 12 Grade from commerce stream of Vasant Valley School displayed commendable proficiency in paper reading. As she enlightened the concern of matter by giving speech on the topic of "The growing gap between the poor and the rich " in the English category.

The event witnessed outstanding performances where concern was expressed over the major problems in the nation. Students earnestly participated in the paper reading symposium. All the participants were congratulated and were suitably awarded and given by appreciation certificate ,for their cheerful delivery of speech.

"Such events are of great help in schools where the majority of students are first generation learners ", says Mrs.Anitha Rajagopalan ,Principal Vasant Valley Public School.
