Teachers Day Celebrations in Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur

 


Vasant Valley Public School on September 5, 2024, celebrated teachers day  with a variety of activities, including games, lunch, and dance performances. The day marks the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a renowned philosopher and former President of India.

Honourable Management have planned surprise parties for their teachers, complete with decorations, snacks, and entertainment. Juniors from Primary wing offered the handmade cards with their valuable wishes to their favourite teachers and  expressed their gratitude towards their teachers.

Students have also planned fun games and performances, including Teachers charades and quizzes, to make the day special for their teachers.

The day is a celebration of the hard work and dedication of teachers, who play a vital role in shaping the minds of future generations . It's a time for students to express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers, who go above and beyond to ensure their students' success said, Mrs.Anitha Rajagopalan the School Principal.

Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur celebrated the Earth Day with students

As a step towards educating, inspiring and motivating children to act, World Earth Day was celebrated on 21st April 2022 by the students of Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur focusing on the theme “Invest in our planet.”   A wide range of activities had been organised for students such as slogan writing competition, thumb painting, balloon painting on Earth Day so that they understand the need to restore Earth’s environment to its former glory. Tiny tots also presented a wonderful skit based on Earth Day and planted small plant saplings in the school campus.   The Annual Result Declaration Day was held in Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur on March 30 and 31, 2024. The day began with the distribution of report cards, where students were recognized for their hard work and achievements throughout the year.
