AI-POWERED ROBOT TEACHER IRIS KAUR VISITS VASANT VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL TO ENGAGE STUDENTS
The session, held in
the school auditorium, was chaired by the Mr Sanjay Gupta, Chairman of the
school , Managing Director Mrs Deepika Goyal
Principal Mrs Anitha Rajagopalan, coordinators and teachers. The
audience included students from Grades 1 through 10, all excited for the chance
to meet and interact with Iris.
Iris Kaur, designed to be
intuitive and responsive, demonstrated her ability to engage with students by
addressing questions and clarifying doubts across a range of challenging
subjects. Students took turns asking questions, covering a spectrum from
mathematics and science to history and geography. With each response, Iris
adapted her explanations to match the comprehension level of the individual
student, making complex topics accessible to younger grades while diving into
more detail for older students.

Dhuri, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with iSchool, emphasizing
the school’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology into education.
“Today’s event marks a significant step towards the future of learning. By
introducing AI into the classroom, we’re not only enhancing the learning
experience but also preparing our students to thrive in a world increasingly
shaped by technology,” he stated.
Teachers attending the
session remarked on the potential of AI in assisting with personalized education.
Iris Kaur’s ability to assess each student's questions and adjust her
explanations on the spot made a lasting impression, showing educators what
AI-powered teaching assistants might bring to the classroom.
Following the session,
students shared their excitement about meeting the AI teacher Assistant. One
9th-grade student remarked, "It’s amazing to think a robot can help us
understand subjects we struggle with. Iris answered all my questions clearly
and made even the hardest concepts seem easier!"
