VASANT VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL PAYS TRIBUTE TO SAHIBZADAS ON MARTYRDOM DAY
VASANT VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL OBSERVED the MARTYRDOM DAY of the FOUR SAHIBZADAS (sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji) with great reverence and solemnity.
The school's assembly
hall was packed with students, teachers, and staff, who gathered to pay tribute
to the bravery and sacrifice of Sahibzada Ajit Singh, Sahibzada Jujhar Singh,
Sahibzada Zorawar Singh, and Sahibzada Fateh Singh.
The program began with
the recitation of prayers and hymns from the Guru Granth Sahib. Students
presented speeches, poems, and songs, highlighting the sacrifices made by the
Sahibzadas and their mother, Mata Gujri Ji.
Chairman Sanjay Gupta
sir conveyed a message, saying, "emphasizing the importance of remembering
the sacrifices of the Sahibzadas and their relevance in today's world."
School Principal
Mrs.Anitha Rajagopalan addressed the students, saying, "The martyrdom of
the Sahibzadas is a shining example of courage, devotion, and sacrifice. Their
bravery inspires us to stand up for what is right and to fight against
injustice. Let us strive to emulate their values and principles in our daily
lives."
