Career Counselling Programme at Vasant Valley Public School by Sangrur Branch of NIRC

 


On 26th May 2025, VASANT VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL hosted an enlightening CAREER COUNSELLING programme ORGANIZED by the SANGRUR BRANCH of the NORTHERN INDIA REGIONAL COUNCIL (NIRC). The session was Led by CA SHIKHA GUPTA, who provided students with valuable insights into the Chartered Accountancy (CA) profession, detailing the scope, challenges, and opportunities that the career path offers.

The session aimed to give students a clear understanding of what it takes to become a Chartered Accountant, including the academic requirements, professional exams, practical training, and the diverse career options available within finance, auditing, taxation, and consultancy sectors. The interactive session allowed students to engage directly with the expert, clarifying their doubts and gaining valuable insights into the CA profession.

 Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Chairman of the school , addressed the students, emphasizing the significance of informed career choices and encouraged them to pursue their goals with perseverance and commitment.

 Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan, Principal of Vasant Valley Public School, expressed her appreciation for the initiative, stating that such programmes play a crucial role in guiding students to make well-informed decisions about their future careers. She thanked the Sangrur branch of NIRC for their valuable contribution to the students’ career awareness.

The programme was well-received by the students, inspiring many to consider Chartered Accountancy as a promising and prestigious career option.

  The Annual Result Declaration Day was held in Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur on March 30 and 31, 2024. The day began with the distribution of report cards, where students were recognized for their hard work and achievements throughout the year. It was rewarding to observe the tremendous growth demonstrated by the students who exceeded their own wildest dreams.
