Vasant Valley Public School Sangrur Celebrates Environment Day with Enthusiasm


ON, 5th JUNE 2025 – VASANT VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL SANGRUR MARKED the OCCASION of WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY with a series of engaging and meaningful activities aimed at fostering environmental awareness and responsibility among students. Students across all grades actively participated: the Little Shining Stars crafted cozy nests for birds, middle schoolers made water pots to quench the thirst of feathered friends, and senior students led a cleanliness drive around the school. Additionally, students from all sections came together to plant trees, reinforcing their commitment to a greener future. 

Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Chairman of Vasant Valley Public School , expressed his pride in the students' dedication: Our students have shown exemplary enthusiasm and responsibility towards protecting our environment. It is heartening to see them take active steps in preserving nature, which is crucial for a sustainable future. 

Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan, School Principal , added: Celebrating Environment Day is not just about a single day’s activity but about instilling lifelong values of environmental stewardship. We are committed to nurturing responsible citizens who will contribute positively to the world around them.

The Environment Day celebrations at Vasant Valley Public School Sangrur successfully engaged students in hands-on activities that promote ecological awareness and action. The school continues to inspire its students to lead by example in caring for the planet.

  The Annual Result Declaration Day was held in Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur on March 30 and 31, 2024. The day began with the distribution of report cards, where students were recognized for their hard work and achievements throughout the year. It was rewarding to observe the tremendous growth demonstrated by the students who exceeded their own wildest dreams. The students have earned a comprehensive range of excellent individual scores with a composite average that epitomizes excellence and hard work.
