Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur - Intra School Debate Competition Held on 19th July 2025

 

VASANT VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL, SANGRUR, ORGANIZED an INTRA SCHOOL DEBATE COMPETITION ON 19TH July 2025, providing students with a platform to develop their public speaking and critical thinking skills. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various grades, with each participant expressing their viewpoints confidently and articulately on a range of contemporary topics.

The first, second, and third position holders were awarded certificates of merit in recognition of their outstanding performances As BEAS HOUSE secured the FIRST POSITION, RAVI HOUSE came SECOND, and JHELUM HOUSE placed THIRD. In addition, the BEST SPEAKER SEERATPREET KAUR (Ravi House) and VANSHDEEP SINGH (Jhelum House) of the competition received a special ACHIEVEMENT CERTIFICATE for exceptional debating skills and persuasive delivery.

 Message from the Chairman, Mr. Sanjay Gupta:  “We are proud to see our students engaging in healthy intellectual discourse. Competitions like these not only sharpen their communication abilities but also nurture their capacity to think critically and respectfully listen to diverse opinions.”

Message from the Principal, Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan:  “Debate is an essential part of holistic education. I congratulate all the participants, especially the winners and our Best Speaker. Their dedication and enthusiasm made this event a truly enriching experience for everyone.”

Annual Result Declaration Day: Celebration of Triumphs

  The Annual Result Declaration Day was held in Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur on March 30 and 31, 2024. The day began with the distribution of report cards, where students were recognized for their hard work and achievements throughout the year. It was rewarding to observe the tremendous growth demonstrated by the students who exceeded their own wildest dreams. The students have earned a comprehensive range of excellent individual scores with a composite average that epitomizes excellence and hard work. Result declaration day is very important to know the strengths and weaknesses of students in academic performance.
