Planetarium Programme Enlightens Students at Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur


 VASANT VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL, SANGRUR, ORGANIZED an enriching PLANETARIUM PROGRAMME in the SCHOOL AUDITORIUM ON NOVEMBER 3, 2025. Students from Nursery to Grade 12 participated enthusiastically in this immersive event that opened a window to the wonders of the universe.

The interactive sessions captivated the young minds as they explored the mysteries of space through engaging visuals and expert guidance. Students were fascinated by the mythological stories associated with constellations, which beautifully blended science with culture.

The experience provided them with an inspiring introduction to space, astronomy, and modern technology, sparking curiosity and imagination across all age groups.

 Message from the Chairman, Mr. Sanjay Gupta: “Our aim has always been to provide experiential learning beyond textbooks. This planetarium programme is a step toward nurturing scientific thinking and curiosity among our students. We are proud to see their enthusiasm in exploring the universe.”

 Message from the Principal, Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan : “The planetarium event gave our students a magnificent opportunity to visualize astronomical concepts in a hands-on manner. It encouraged them to look at science with wonder and creativity. We look forward to organizing more such interactive learning experiences in the future.”

The event concluded with applause and excitement as students walked away inspired to learn more about the vast expanse of space.

Hindi Poem Recitation Competition was organized for students of Kindergarten Section

  Poetry is the core of literature”. To spread the fragrance of poetry among the children, a Hindi Poem Recitation Competition was held for Nursery to U.K.G. students in Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur on 5 August, 2023.
