Vasant Valley Public School Celebrates Yellow Day with Pre-Primary Students
Vasant Valley Public School celebrated Yellow Day with great enthusiasm and
cheerfulness in the Pre-Primary Wing. The campus was filled with brightness and
positivity as the tiny tots dressed in vibrant yellow outfits, symbolizing happiness,
energy, and warmth.
The young learners participated actively in a variety of engaging and creative
activities designed to enhance their motor skills and imagination. The children
enjoyed making hand impressions using bright yellow colours, which added a fun
and tactile element to their learning experience. Paper tearing and pasting
activities were also conducted, helping to develop their fine motor skills in an
enjoyable way.
The celebration further included sponge printing and drawing activities, where
the students explored their creativity with colours and patterns. Various colouring
activities were organized, allowing the children to express themselves freely while
reinforcing the concept of the colour yellow.
Adding to the joy of the day, the students also brought a variety of yellow-
coloured eatables such as fruits and sweets, which made the celebration even
more delightful and engaging. This activity not only enhanced their understanding
of the colour theme but also encouraged sharing and healthy eating habits among
the children.
The teachers guided the students throughout the activities, making the learning
process interactive and joyful. The celebration not only helped the children
recognize and appreciate the colour yellow but also made the day lively and
memorable.
The School Chairperson, Ms. Ratan Gupta and the School Principal, Ms. Anitha R.,
appreciated the efforts of the teachers in organizing such meaningful and
engaging activities for the little learners. The event concluded with happy smiles
and a delightful learning experience for all the students.
