Tiny Tots Celebrate Blue Day with Creativity and Cheer at Vasant Valley Public School

Vasant Valley Public School, Ladda (Sangrur), celebrated Blue Day with great

enthusiasm and vibrancy in the Pre-Primary Wing, offering young learners a

joyful and immersive learning experience. The school campus was beautifully

adorned with blue-themed decorations, while the little ones, dressed in

elegant shades of blue, added charm and liveliness to the celebration.

The event featured a variety of thoughtfully planned activities centred around

the theme of the colour blue. Students enthusiastically participated in art and

craft, colour recognition exercises, poetry recitation, songs, dance

performances, interactive games, and other creative learning experiences.

Through engaging, play-based activities, the teachers familiarized the children

with the significance of the colour blue and its presence in nature, including

the sky, water, and other elements of the environment. The confidence,

curiosity, and enthusiasm displayed by the young learners made the

celebration truly delightful.

The School Chairperson, Mrs. Ratan Gupta, appreciated the efforts of the

students and teachers, stating that Vasant Valley Public School remains

committed to fostering the holistic development of every child through a

balanced integration of academic excellence and experiential learning. She

commended the teaching faculty for organizing such meaningful activities that

nurture creativity, develop cognitive skills, and provide students with

opportunities to express their talents.

Addressing the gathering, the School Principal, Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan,

emphasized that theme-based celebrations play a vital role in the early years

of education by enhancing creativity, imagination, self-confidence, and

observational skills. She congratulated the students, teachers, and parents for

making the celebration a grand success and reaffirmed the school’s

commitment to providing enriching learning experiences that contribute to the

overall growth and development of every child.

The programme concluded on a joyful note, with all participants being

encouraged for their enthusiastic involvement. The celebration left the


campus filled with smiles, excitement, and a deeper appreciation for joyful,

experiential learning.
