Vasant Valley Public School Organises Inter-House Puppet Show Competition

Vasant Valley Public School, Ladda (Sangrur), organized an Inter-House Puppet Show Competition

for the students of Classes VII to X, providing them with a dynamic platform to showcase their

creativity, theatrical talent, and communication skills. Students from Beas, Chenab, Jhelum, Ravi,

and Sutlej Houses participated enthusiastically, captivating the audience with their imaginative

performances, expressive acting, and impactful dialogues.

The participants presented puppet shows based on a variety of social, moral, and inspirational

themes, delivering meaningful messages through engaging storytelling. Their captivating

presentations, well-scripted dialogues, synchronized teamwork, and creative use of puppets left a

lasting impression on the audience. The competition aimed to foster creative expression, self-

confidence, effective communication, collaboration, and critical thinking among students.

The School Chairman, Sh. Sanjay Gupta, applauded the participants for their remarkable

performances and stated that such co-curricular activities serve as a powerful medium for

discovering and nurturing the hidden talents of students. He encouraged them to continue learning,

exploring their creative potential, and striving for excellence in every sphere of life.

Addressing the gathering, the School Principal, Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan, appreciated the

outstanding efforts of the participants and emphasized that the true purpose of education extends

beyond academic excellence to the holistic development of an individual’s personality. She

congratulated the students and teachers for the successful organization of the event and wished the

participants continued success in all their future endeavours.
