Vasant Valley Public School Student Excels in Shot Put, Brings Laurels to the School

Vasant Valley Public School, Ladda (Sangrur), proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its

talented Class X student, Rahulinder, who secured First Position in the Shot Put event in the Under-

16 category at the District Athletic Association, Sangrur competition.

The championship was held on 18th July at War Heroes Stadium, Sangrur, where athletes from

various schools across the district participated with great enthusiasm. Demonstrating exceptional

strength, confidence, and determination, Rahulinder delivered an outstanding performance to claim

the top position, bringing pride and honour to the school.

His remarkable achievement is a reflection of his unwavering dedication, disciplined training, and

relentless hard work. The accomplishment has filled the entire school fraternity with immense joy

and pride.

Congratulating the young athlete, the School Chairman, Sh. Sanjay Gupta, lauded Rahulinder’s

perseverance and commitment, stating that this success is the result of his consistent practice and

strong determination. He expressed confidence that Rahulinder would continue to excel and bring

further laurels to the school and the district at the state and national levels.

The School Principal, Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan, also extended her heartfelt congratulations to

Rahulinder, his parents, and his coaches. She reaffirmed the school’s commitment to encouraging

sporting excellence alongside academic achievement and remarked that such accomplishments

inspire fellow students to pursue their goals with dedication, discipline, and confidence.
