Vasant Valley Public School, Ladda (Sangrur), added another feather to its cap

when its Under-14 Boys’ Football Team delivered an outstanding performance

to secure the First Position at the 70th School Games Zone Football

Tournament–2026. This remarkable achievement has brought immense pride

and honour to the school and further strengthened its legacy of excellence in

sports.

Throughout the tournament, the team displayed exceptional discipline,

determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Their remarkable coordination,

strategic gameplay, and unwavering commitment enabled them to outperform

their opponents and emerge as deserving champions. The victory stands as a

testament to the players’ relentless hard work, perseverance, and dedication.

Congratulating the victorious team, the School Chairman, Sh. Sanjay Gupta,

extended his heartfelt appreciation to the players, coaches, and parents for this

outstanding accomplishment. He remarked that Vasant Valley Public School

remains committed to the holistic development of its students and believes that

sports serve as a powerful platform for nurturing leadership, discipline,

resilience, and self-confidence, alongside academic excellence.

The School Principal, Mrs. Anitha Rajagopalan, also lauded the team for their
