Vasant Valley Public School,Sangrur celebrated Labour Day

  To celebrate the painstaking effort of the labour force, that work tirelessly, ‘Labour Day’ was celebrated by the students of Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur with great zeal. *Labour Day * is a reminder for us that these are the real architects of our society, and they deserve their due respect. We have always believed that it is small acts of kindness that count and we at VVPS attempt to inculcate that same virtue in our children. The students expressed their gratitude towards the hardwork put in by their nannies, drivers, conductors, guards and safai karamcharis through speeches, songs and poems. They also presented cards, chocolates and flowers as a mark of respect. Refreshments were also served by the school authorities to the support staff.   In an enriching educational journey, students from class II and III of Vasant Valley Public School   embarked on a fascinating visit to the Verka Milk Plant,Sangrur, on 27th April,2024 . Accompanied by teachers and supervisors, the young learners delved into the intricate processes of milk production and distribution.The children were delighted to get day away from the toils of the academic life. Children were looking forward to the day with great anticipation. Each child’s eyes sparkled with excitement and energy on the way to the plant. Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur has a rich tradition of celebrating all festivals in the School to make the young learners aware of their vibrant culture. Thus, the occasion of Baisakhi was celebrated by the students of pre primary to class 12 with full zeal and enthusiasm on 12 April, 2024 in the School Auditorium. Students of Nanhe Kadam from Sangrur and Dhuri also joined the celebration.                                           Our little Vasantarians were looking radiant in their vibrant Punjabi attires and  enthusiastically participated in modelling and many creative activities which added grace to the event.       The dazzling musical song, Shabad and dance performances were the highlight of the event.
